We presented Mel with a “Mission Impossible”. Our regular bank had not acted on our loan request when we went to finalize the payment arrangements for purchasing our new unit. With four days till settlement, the matter was extremely urgent. Mel. was recommended to us. She came to our home “armed” with her computer and mobile phone, and spent the day working with us. In six hours she had advised us of the necessary requirements and assisted us in gathering and preparing all the paperwork required. She left us late in the afternoon to set the loan request in motion
The following morning Mel phoned us to advise that she had received provisional approval for the finance we required - which was a huge relief to us.
To finalize arrangements the next day we met Mel. in the offices of our new financial institution, where, with a JP in attendance (also arranged by Mel) we signed the necessary loan application papers. Mel thought of everything, even to providing the names of all contacts our solicitors might require. She did a brilliant job.
At 4pm the following afternoon settlement of the purchase was accomplished and we had the keys to our new unit.
We cannot recommend Mel too highly. She focused on the deadlines and worked extremely hard to achieve them. At all times she maintained contact, even when her business required her to be interstate, checking that everything was coming together as planned.
Working closely with Mel. on our project it became clear that she is particularly skilled at organization, able to draw together diverse resources and advisors, for prompt, positive outcomes. She thinks “outside the square” and is therefore innovative and flexible in her approach to problem solving. It also became clear that she is dedicated and conscientious when working to meet her clients’ needs.
Thank you Mel. for a great “Mission” completed. We appreciate all you did for us.
